Our super Coordinator, Eve, has landed her dream job in Australia and is leaving us next month! So, we need to find someone else to take on this important role.
The Coordinator role covers a wide range of activities. A key aspect is to support the operation of our Pantry, which includes management of the membership process and the waiting list. The coordinator will also help with the development of new projects that will further support our communities, work with Trustees to submit funding applications, build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and other local organisation and charities that work with us. The ideal person will have some experience in an administration or customer service role as well as first-class organisational and communication skills. Based in Wiveliscombe, this is a part time, permanent role of 15 hours per week spread over 3 days, which would include Wednesday afternoons and Thursday and Friday mornings. The salary for the role is £10,400 per year plus 84 hours annual leave, which is 17 days based on working 5 hours a day. For more detail, have a look at the job description
